The Open
Three workouts over three weeks, done at your gym and scored online. Registration opens January 7.

The top 25% of each age group from the Open. One week of workouts at a CrossFit affiliate, with scores submitted online.

The top 400 in each age group from 35 to 54, and the top 300 from 55 up, advance. Masters compete at select in-person Semifinals from April to June, with a final chance online June 24–28.

The top Masters from Semifinals compete, and the top athlete in each age group is crowned the fittest.
