Refund policy

We accept returns of eligible physical merchandise within 30 days of delivery.

This policy applies to physical merchandise purchased through the Magic City Games online store. Event registrations, competition entries, tickets, sponsorships, and other services are governed by the terms shown at purchase and are not covered by this merchandise return policy.

Return eligibility

To be eligible for a return, merchandise must be unworn and unused, with its original tags attached, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. Opened packaging is acceptable as long as the merchandise remains in eligible condition.

Please do not send merchandise back before receiving return approval. Items returned without authorization may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, Magic City Games will cover reasonable return shipping or replacement costs.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact team@magiccity.games promptly with your order number and photos when applicable so we can make it right.

Non-returnable items

Gift cards, custom or personalized products, and items clearly marked as final sale cannot be returned. Contact us if you have questions about a specific item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to request a return. Once the return is approved, place a separate order for the replacement item.

Refunds

We will notify you after we receive and inspect your return. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may require additional processing time. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, email team@magiccity.games.

European Union orders

If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, subject to applicable law. Returned merchandise must be unworn and unused, with original tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
