    Must be at least 35 years of age by July 19, 2025, and the combined age of both teammates must be at least 75.

FAQ

How many workouts will there be?

There are 5 workouts over 2 days.

When will the workouts will be released?

All workouts will be released prior to the event. Workouts will begin to be released in April.

Is there a qualifier for teams?

No, only individuals.

Can I compete on a team and as an indivudal?

No, both individuals and teams compete both days: July 19-20.

Is there a final event?

No. There are 5 total events.

I don't have my teammate yet. Can I still reserve my team spot?

Yes, the system will allow you to register without a teammate. You'll have until 2 weeks before the event to determine your teammate.

I'm on the fence between two divisions. What should I do?

Ask yourself - can both me and my teammate perform the "skills?" The biggest difference between the divisions is that in the RX division both partners need to be able to perform the "skill," whereas in the other divisions you're able to split the reps however you desire.
