Each event includes a warm-up, a team-based strength spotlight, a fun CrossFit-style workout, a quick challenge, and a cooldown and giveaways! It’s fast-paced, high-energy, and full of moments that bring your community closer.

How much does it cost to participate?

Magic Hour events are free to attend for gym members (unless the host gym sets a nominal entry fee). Some stops may also include giveaways or swag.

How do gyms get involved?

Hosting is simple! We provide the framework, workout flow, and marketing assets—you provide the space, equipment, and your community. Together, we create the magic.

How is this connected to the Magic City Games?

Magic Hour is part of the Magic Hour World Tour, leading up to the Magic City Games Championship. It’s how we bring the energy of the Games to gyms and communities before the big event in Birmingham.
